Letting Go

There are things you can change and things that you can't.

Knowing the difference between the two is not always easy.

When you choose to let go of worrying about what you cannot change, it feels like a weight has been lifted off of your shoulders.

It is a conscious effort to stop yourself from panic- why should it be easy when you have perfected worrying about every little thing?

The effort is well worth it.

Deciding what you can change and figuring out a plan helps you to get back in control of what you CAN control.

When you stop wasting your energy worrying about what hasn't happened, what is out of your control and what might never happen, your mind becomes clearer. All of a sudden- like MAGIC - ideas, thoughts and possibilities open up to you.
