When it feels like all you have going on is the depths of your strength life's obstacles can threaten to take even that away.
The key is to not allow the fear of "what if" creep into your thoughts.
Stop and focus on what is working. Build up those "little" things that you may even be taking for granted. Imagine if they weren't there?
It isn't all bad even when it feels like it is.
Live your life in this moment. Do not dwell on what happened yesterday because it is over and cannot be changed.
Don't worry about what might happen tomorrow because that steals precious time from the moment that counts - today.
Right now is what you can count on.
Right now is the moment where you make the choice.
Are you going to be grateful you have this moment or are you going to waste it worrying, regretting or not doing ____?
Life is short.
Time is precious.
I am choosing to live in the moment.
