New Beginnings

It is the start of a new week. Why not begin with a new attitude?

Forget your troubles and make a promise to yourself that for every negative thought that comes into your brain you will not give it any power.

Let it run it's course and then let it go.

Start today by consciously deciding to live each moment fully. Stop and look around you. See things like you never saw them before.

Take your time. Slowing down actually gives you better focus to see what is around you that you normally don't notice.

Today- notice it all. See the possibilities and grab it!
