Self-Help

There are so many self-help books,dvds and various programs on the market. Some come cleverly disguised such as "the Secret" and are promoted by celebrities as "the one you must read".

Basically, it all comes down to learning how to deal with the everyday stress that is a part of life and holding onto a positive outlook is the key to happiness.

Don't we all know this down deep? Do we really need to be told that like attracts like? Maybe we do need to get that smile from a stranger or perform a random act of kindness in order to remember what we already know - We all possess the power within ourselves to choose how we see life - we can choose to use that power or we can just sit back and be a victim of circumstances.
